Il Documento Carta della Terra:
La stesura della Carta della Terra ha implicato il pių coinvolgente processo partecipativo mai associato alla creazione di una dichiarazione internazionale. Questo processo č la risorsa primaria della sua legittimitā come struttura etica principale. La legittimitā del documento č stata ulteriormente rafforzata dal sostegno di oltre 4.800 organizzazioni, che includono molti governi e organismi internazionali.

Dear Mrs. Marina Bakhnova Cary,
I want to thank You for your nice message You have send to me, after I signed in my personal and my Associations name the Earth Charter document. My interest regarding this document starts from the fact that I participated in an effective way to the accomplishment of some Earth Charters forerunner documents, for example: the Ur-Mayapan document, created and signed at the First World Peace Council, which took place in 1998, Milano. On that occasion we have defined the whole population of Terra as one single people, one single nation, under the name: The Rainbow Nation.
I truly believe in the team spirit and collaboration of all the individuals and nations that form this Civilization. My teams and personal wish is to find a way of achieving, all together, a real ecological balance between Humanity and Mother Earth.
I am priest and shaman, the 14th generation from father to son, and Im carrying forward the spiritual tradition of my people. In the same time, I am an Universitary docent, partner of the Romanian Academy of Sciences. I do holistic ecology and anthropology.
I want to ask You to allow me and my staff, to organize the NATIONAL SECRETARY for Earth Charter in Romania, under the directives of the International Secretary that You represent.
I have taken my responsibility to organize between 7-10 October 2010, at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest - Romania, under the Romanian State Presidency and the Romanian Academy, an International Congress under the title: Earth Charter Romania 2010. I am inviting You to take part at this Congress as a member of the International Secretary and Earth Charter Coordinator for Europe. In April, I will send to the International Secretary the organization plan of the Congress.
Thank You for your attention and I would love to meet You as soon as possible, in this summer, in order to approach the Romanias position on Earth Charter.

Stimatā doamnā Marina Bakhnova Cary, vā multumesc cā mi-ati rāspuns in urma semnārii din partea mea si a asociatiei mele a documentului Carta Terrei. Preocuparea mea cu privire la acest document pleacā din faptul cā si eu am participat efectiv la realizarea unor documente premergātoare Cartei Terrei ca de ex. Documentul Ur-Mayapan creat si semnat cu ocazia primului Conciliu Mondial de Pace ce a avut loc la Milano in 1998. Cu acea ocazie am definit intreaga populatie a Terrei ca si un singur popor, o singurā natiune: Natiunea Curcubeului.
Eu cred in spiritul de echipā si de colaborare intre toate popoarele si persoanele ce alcātuim aceastā Civilizatie. Dorinta mea si a echipei mele de lucru este aceea de a putea realiza toti impreunā un real echilibru ecologic intre Umanitate si Mama Pāmant.
Eu sunt preot si saman a paisprezecea generatie din tātā in fiu si duc inainte traditia spiritualā a poporului meu. In acelasi timp sunt docent universitar asociat Academiei de stiinte a Romaniei. Mā ocup de ecologie si de antropologie holisticā.
Vā rog sā-mi permiteti sā organizez cu stafful meu, SECRETARIATUL NATIONAL pentru Carta Terrei in Romania, sub directivele Secretariatului International pe care d-voastrā il reprezentati.
Mi-am asumat rāspunderea de a organiza in Romania, la Palatul Parlamentului in Bucuresti, un Congres International pe data de 7-10 octombrie 2010, cu titlul Carta Terrei Romania 2010, sub egida Presedintiei Statului si a Academiei Romaniei. Vā invit sā partecipati la acest Congres in calitate de membru al Secretariatului International si Coordonator al Cartei Terrei pentru Europa. In cursul lunii aprilie a.c. voi trimite Secretariatului International pliantul privitor la organizarea acestei manifestāri.
Vā multumesc pentru atentia acordatā si m-asi bucura sa ne intanim in scurt timp, in aceastā varā, ca sa abordām pozitia Romaniei referitor la Carta Terrei.
